‘Glee’ Spoilers: Demi Lovato to Romance Naya Rivera’s Santana on Season 5

Naya Rivera‘s Santana on Glee has a new love interest! And it’s none other than Demi Lovato, People reports. 

Fox previously announced that the X Factor judge would be joining the Fox show, but until now we didn’t know in what role. Apparently, Lovato will be playing a struggling artist living in Manhattan who befriends Rachel (Lea Michele) and Santana (Rivera). Eventually, sparks will fly between her and Santana, who has long been established as a bisexual character.

The 21-year-old pop star tweeted her excitement about her role:
