Turns out the Golden Globes will be coming back January 15th next year, a mere two weeks into the apocalyptic year. While no host has been set, we’re sure the candidates have been seriously vetted into “nice” and “not nice” categories. Can we go ahead and start taking bets on how many “end of the world” jokes they’ll be tossing around? I’m going to go with a baker’s dozen. Methinks they’ll throw in a Charlie Sheen joke too, just for nostalgia’s sake. These will be the good times folks, cherish them.
Still feeling the post-Award Show withdrawal? Fine, the BAFTAs air on February 12th and Oscars on February 26th. That quick hit enough to tide you over for the next eight months? I know that is a long time from now, but be strong. We can make it through this.
