Apparently, Betty White is a vengeful person who hates young people. NBC just announced that they will broadcast Betty White’s Off Their Rockers, a hidden-camera comedy show hosted and produced by the veteran actress that will, well, make its whole goal to get back at those damn kids for walking on her lawn. The series is based on Europe’s Benidorm Bastards (which is such a cooler name, by the way) will be separated in 12 half-hour episodes and will follow a “band of seven senior citizens who make it their mission to play pranks on unsuspecting young people.”
“People have been telling me that I’m ‘Off My Rocker’ for years — now I can prove it,” said White. (Get it!?)
Quite honestly, this sounds pretty amazing. The 89-year-old is a seasoned comedian whose grabbed seven Emmy awards throughout her career. Plus, c’mon, if there’s anyone who you’d want leading the charge to prank a bunch of teenage punks, well, it’d be Betty White, am I right? Now there’s only one question left to ask: Will she wear a trucker hat?
