J.J. Abrams Pitching New Show With ‘Lost’ Stars

ALT TEXTLost fans, J.J. Abrams might have an answer to your withdrawal.

Michael Emerson and Terry O’Quinn — a.k.a. Ben Linus and John Locke/Smokey — are coming back to TV. Abrams and his production company Bad Robot are pitching — read this next part slow — a comedic drama featuring the duo as former black-ops agents. Yep. For realz.

Right now, most details aren’t available. But, early reports are calling the show Odd Jobs and Vulture reports that the show will have some humor (whatever that means).

This announcement isn’t too surprising. Emerson and O’Quinn talked back in February about doing reuniting for a post-Lost show. And last month, during the DVD release of Lost, Emerson repeated that he wanted to do a show. Looks like he utilized a little Ben Linus and manipulated his way into another show! (We kid, we kid).

Emerson and O’Quinn were two of the strongest actors on Lost, so a show featuring the duo would definitely be successful. Add that to the fact that nearly everything J.J. Abrams touches seems to turn to gold and it sounds like Odd Jobs will be a winner. Time to get addicted to another TV show — yay!
