John Stamos Joins Cast of ‘ER’

Former Full House star John Stamos is returning to a regular role on TV as a paramedic on the hit medical drama ER.

Stamos, who starred in the sitcom Jake in Progress, has decided to leave comedy behind and focus on dramatic parts.

He explains, “I haven’t been on a consistent 13 episodes of anything since Full House.

“I keep trying my own shows, and they haven’t caught on.

“So I figure I need to be on a show on a regular basis–a good, solid show.”
