Teresa Giudice’s Blog: Why I Act Differently On ‘Celebrity Apprentice’

Hi! I am so excited meet all of you fabulous Hollywood.com readers! Tweet me anything you want to know @teresa_giudice and I will try to answer your questions in my new weekly blog! This has been a busy week — I just finished a press conference with Mr. Trump and Lisa Lampanelli. As you know, Lisa and I were fired this week on Celebrity Apprentice, but I am thrilled to tell you that this is not the last you will see of me! Be sure to tune in to Celebrity Apprentice next Sunday at 9/8 c on NBC to see how I come back to the show. I want to thank Mr. Tump and Mark Burnett Productions for giving me an opportunity to raise money and awareness for The NephCure Foundation, a charity that is near and dear to my heart. I will continue to work with Nephcure until we find a cure for FSGS and Nephrotic Syndrome. I urge people to log on to The NephCure Foundation’s website for more information.

Celebrity Apprentice was also a great experience because I learned some helpful tools to grow and support my own business. I am proud that Fabellini cocktail is doing well and I just launched Pearlbrite Concepts teeth whitening, which is a hit. I have implemented many of the strategies I learned on Celebrity Apprentice to build on the success of my brand and have some additional product categories in development. There is a ton of info about my new products on my website, and I look forward to hearing your feedback.

Many people ask me why I act differently on Celebrity Apprentice and the answer is simple. I filmed Housewives about a year ago, so what you are watching now on Housewives happened so long ago and is in the past. I filmed Celebrity Apprentice after Housewives and a lot has changed since then. I also caution people not to believe the negative things written in the press, especially because most of it is old news reported as current events. I have to admit that it is hard to watch Housewives and re-live things that have happened in the past, but I just remind myself that it is not healthy to hold on to negativity. The best way to move forward in life is to forgive and move on and that is what I choose to do.

I am so excited for the release of my third cookbook, Fabulicous, Fast and Fit on May 15! My philosophy is that food can be fun, sexy, delicious and does not have to pack on the pounds! I look forward to sharing special recipes with you each week. In anticipation of next week’s launch of Fabulicious, Fast and Fit, I want to hear from you! Please tweet me @teresa_giudice and tell me which recipe you would like me to share with you from the following choices: Chicken with Bruschetta topping, Lasagna Rustica, or Berry-Ricotta Tirimisu.

The 100th person to tweet me their recipe choice will receive an autographed copy of my cookbook!

I look forward to hearing from you so please tell me what you want to read about in my next blog! I want this to be a very interactive forum for us to start a conversation that I hope will last a long time.

Love love love you!

xx

Teresa
