Daily Shuffle: Selena Gomez Performs After Hospitalization

Selena Gomez fans, you can all stop worrying and planning candle light vigils wherein you swear not to drink any mocha frappuccinos until she gets better, she’s okay! In fact, she’s so okay that she performed yesterday to prove it. She headed back to Santa Monica, where she was supposed to perform on Friday. The young star says she was suffering from malnourishment, low iron, and exhaustion. Of course this raises questions about why a pop star isn’t able to get enough nutrition. What are they feeding her? Pop tarts and Diet Sprite? Get that girl some real food. Anyway, she sang two hits “Who Says” and “A Year Without Rain” for 500 fans and was generally adorable as usual. –THR

Tracy Morgan is not going to let us go on thinking he’s incredibly homophobic and insensitive, and as a longtime fan of 30 Rock, I firmly believe he’s just a complete dumbass. (I’m with Tina Fey, who says the Tracy she knows is “generally much too sleepy and self-centered to ever hurt another person.”) Still, he said some pretty hateful things and it looks like now’s the time to pay the price. After speaking with GLAAD about his offensive rant and his new plan to make a change in his life as a result, Morgan decided he’d head back down to Nashville, Tenn. where the rant took place to apologize to those who witnessed the hateful remarks. Well, at least he’s trying. –Popeater

Paparazzi forced Tori Spelling to crash her car into the wall at a Los Angeles school yesterday — according to Tori Spelling. If you ask the LAPD, however, you’d find that Spelling only hit a curb, no one was hurt, and that the police don’t see any reason for an investigation. She did not “take down a wall” as she attested via the most reliable form of communication ever: Twitter. Were there even any evil photogs a la Paparazzi? Or was it just some 7 year-old with a camera phone? –CBS News
