Robert Pattinson not only stars in the upcoming vampire flick Twilight; playing opposite Kristen Stewart, who portrays his love interest Bella; he also took a shot at writing a song for it, “Bella’s Lullaby.”
Even though his version of the ballad didn’t make it into the film, it wasn’t much of a stretch, as Pattinson told MTV a short while back, “I was doing music before I started acting, so I still have bits and pieces, and I’ve been playing in Portland [during the shoot]. I’ve been trying to write an album for years and years.”
Well, we don’t know about that. But it seems Pattinson has been strutting his stuff sorta secretly around town. Check out the clip below of Pattinson‘s gig Wednesday night at L.A.’s famed Whisky a Go Go nightclub, billed as Spunk Ransom. And, yes, Spunk does have his own MySpace page.
Based on Stephenie Meyer‘s novel of the same name, the film revolves around Bella, a teenage girl who finds her life in danger when she falls in love with a vampire, Edward Cullen.
Twilight hits theaters on November 21.
