‘Saturday Night Live’: Anne Hathaway, Jeremy Renner Named As Upcoming Hosts

fallTV_back_651x113_2012.jpgALTA pair of Oscar nominees are next on the Saturday Night Live hosting lineup for Season 38.

Anne Hathaway loves to put on a show, so the actress must be pretty thrilled that she’ll get to hit the stage of Studio 8H once again. The The Dark Knight Rises star, who will be promoting her role in the upcoming eagerly anticipated Les Misérables incarnation, will act as SNL host for the third time in her career.

Previous visits to the show have included her dead-on Katie Holmes impersonation, a very unique take on Mary Poppins, and, of course, some musical numbers. But Hathaway will have to make way for fellow diva Rihanna, who will serve as the musical guest (the fourth time in her career) during the November 10 episode.

While Hathaway is already something of a seasoned SNL vet, The Bourne Legacy star Jeremy Renner will host for his first time a week later on the pre-Thanksgiving November 17 episode. Joining Renner will be that evening’s musical guests Maroon 5. The Adam Levine-fronted group, like Rihanna, currently have chart-topping earworms, and have done their thing on SNL four previous times.

But before Hathaway and Renner take over hosting duties, Louis C.K. will head this weekend’s SNL
