A solid, if unspectacular, amount of viewers tuned in to Sunday night’s midseason finale of AMC’s The Walking Dead: 6.6 million, to be exact.
Those ratings fell well short of the second season’s premiere, which was watched by 7.3 people, but it’s hardly anything to scoff at. In fact, the zombie series still averages several million more viewers than the network’s flagship series, Mad Men.
Season 2 will pick up on Feb. 12, following its midseason hiatus.
