Another one of Beyoncé‘s new tracks from her new album has been released, and it’s called Party (go here to listen to it, I can’t embed it). It features Andre 3000 (which is nice! Hey there! Salutations, sir!) and was produced by Kanye West. And I’m sorry, I’ve listened to this song a few times already and it’s killing me. It doesn’t make me feel like doing anything. For a song called ‘Party,’ THERE IS NO PARTY! I swear, as I was listening to this song, I found myself counting all the instruments I played in my childhood but quit (there were three). I even thought about how there’s a jacket in my closet that has a rip in the side of it and that it needs to be taken to a tailor. What about this is Beyoncé? This sounds like one of those beats that comes automatically programmed into a synthesizer and you play it while you mess around and familiarize yourself with which of the buttons plays all the crazy and unnecessary to everything trumpets and trombones! And I know I’m going to take some heat for not liking this song, but bring on the disparaging comments! I want it bad, bad romance.
