ORIGINAL STORY: Rapper/singer Sean Kingston is in critical condition in Miami following a Jet Ski accident, according to a report.
A law-enforcement official, speaking on condition of anonymity, confirms that Kingston, 21, was thrown from his Jet Ski after crashing into a bridge in Miami Beach around 6 p.m. local time and is now in critical condition at Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital.
A female companion who was on the Jet Ski with Kingston — real name Kisean Anderson — is said to have also been injured.
The “Beautiful Girls” singer, who released a mixtape (King of Kingz) in February, is in Miami Beach for the city’s Memorial Day weekend celebrations. Kingston was born in Miami.
