She’s such a sport … “I have one thing to say to you: Kiss my fat ass.” That’s Tyra Banks, who was photographed in a one-piece bathing suit on an Australian beach looking pleasingly plump, telling the tabloids where to go for reporting she had gained 40 pounds. “I did not gain 40 pounds in two months because that’s not healthy.” To prove her point, Tyra wore the bathing suit on her TV talk show. We like that Tyra‘s was mad about the weight amount and couldn’t care less about the photo.

We bet the irony’s lost on her… Openly bisexual Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines star Kristanna Loken told producers of lesbian TV drama The L Word she won’t be back for another season–because her castmates are all women. “It’s an entire show of women and the amount of egos and insecurities and cattiness that can go with a bunch of women–that’s what you get.”
3. But she walks this empty street… Former supermodel Niki Taylor is suing TV network E! Entertainment for slander because apparently, her life is not a boulevard of broken dreams. According to Niki, E! producers misled her into thinking a documentary she agreed to would focus on her current successes (her signature fragrance and a clothing line, silly). Instead, the footage was used for an episode of the network’s new series, Boulevard of Broken Dreams. “My life is far from a boulevard of broken dreams,” Niki said in a statement.
[IMG:L]4. Rehab’s the new entertainment… The compassionate Dina Lohan, her skeletal daughter Ali and a childhood friend of Lindsay‘s reunited with the troubled star in rehab this week. We know this because Dina took TV cameras along to the Wonderland clinic to document it all for The Insider and Entertainment Tonight. “I’m gonna stop the madness before my child ends up killed,” Dina explained of the publicized excursion.
5. Tara’s tarnished tiara bit is getting old… Whenever we start to forget about “disgraced” Miss USA Tara Conner, she comes out with a new, well-timed revelation about her life. “I will not deny I’ve witnessed some abuse,” she told Today show host Matt Lauer. When pressed for details, the beauty queen replied, “I would like the respect of privacy because I’m giving all that I can right now.” So why did SHE bring it up?

Anna “The Pot” Smith calls the kettle black… Anna Nicole is reportedly irate because her estranged mom visited the grave of her late son Daniel in the Bahamas. “I can’t believe she had the nerve to come up here on my son’s 21st birthday and lay her fat self on my son’s grave.” It’s not mother’s fault she’s not sponsored by TriSpa. But in Anna Nicole’s defense, mom Virgie Arthur’s did go on TV to publicly accuse her star daughter of killing Daniel. “Bring it on, Mom, Mommie Dearest, bring it on,” Anna Nicole hissed.
7. Too bad he’s such a delinquent… Beverly Hills cops have recommended Prison Break hottie Lane Garrison be charged with a felony charge of gross vehicular manslaughter for a fatal crash in December that killed a teenage passenger. If he’s found guilty, he could face 10 years in jail. Maybe time in the joint could lead to a new venture for Lane, like a reality version of Prison Break?
[IMG:L]8. In other vehicular manslaughter news… Brandy is being sued for $50 million by the family of a woman killed in a car crash that’s being blamed on the star. CHiPs ruled Brandy was at fault because she failed to prevent her Land Rover from hitting the car in front when traffic slowed down. We wonder if she was BlackBerrying… Police have recommended the singer be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter.
[IMG:R]9. But what’s with her hair… Rachel McAdams has become the red-hot favorite to replace Katie Holmes as Batman’s love interest in the upcoming The Dark Knight. But seriously, the pink streaks have got to go.
10. Katie’s reason’s why… On why she should have more babies, that is. Katie told Harper’s Bazaar she wants more kids with hubby Tom Cruise because she had such an easy pregnancy with Suri. The Dawson’s Creek cutie said she experienced no morning sickness and had no food craving besides cupcakes. “And I felt closer to other women–to my sisters, to my mom,” she said.
