It’s been just over a year since Lost ended — and those who watched the show, well, you know how much of a hole has been left by its vacancy — but there might be a remedy for our pain. Disney hired co-creator Damon Lindelof to write and produce an original “large-scale” science fiction feature film called 1952 and they’re paying him seven figures to do it.
That’s literally all that we know about it. However, we should noted that Lindelof is cleaning up right now, as his blockbuster Cowboys & Aliens releases this summer and he’s working on the Star Trek sequel. Deadline speculates that 1952 might be bigger than just movies, though, and could potentially spread out over multiple platforms. And what does the title mean? Well, like we said we have no idea but OMG THREE OF THE FOUR NUMBERS ARE LOST NUMBERS OMG LOST.
