Matt wakes up in Mr. Bennet’s hideout, and the Haitian keeps him from reading Mr. B’s thoughts. But Matt is very groggy and can’t figure out where he is.
Hiro keeps trying to call Issac to warn him but can’t get through because he only speaks Japanese. He and Ando end up in Las Vegas, where Hiro uses his powers to win at blackjack. Some mobster types catch onto his trick, though.
Claire tries to put her attempted rape out of her mind but ultimately takes the quarterback in her car and crashes it, knowing she will heal–and he won’t.
Nikki is assigned by mysterious mob boss Linderman to seduce Nathan Petrelli for blackmail. She backs out last minute but switches personalities when Linderman’s thug threatens Micah. As the alternate personality, Jessica, she more than carries out the one-night stand with Nathan.
Peter and Simone consummate their relationship, but she worries about moving too fast. Mohinder tries to warn Nathan about Sylar. Isaac shoots up and paints a vision of Claire running from a shadowy killer.
On the subway, time freezes and Peter meets a Hiro Nakamura from the future. Dressed like a warrior, future Hiro has a message. Yep, you guessed it: “Save the cheerleader, save the world.”
