‘Final Destination 5’ Trailer Drops

Well, here’s the new Final Destination 5 trailer. It’s got the same basic plot: people got lucky escaping death, death follows them in increasingly bizarre Rube Goldberg-like ways and then SCENE, so don’t go expecting anything revolutionary.

But the real question is can Final Destination 5 do for the franchise what Fast Five did for its franchise? Well, considering the trailer shows two people dying from Lasik eye surgery and acupuncture, I guess not.

Although, this one does have David Koechner hanging off a bridge. We’ll see.
