Stubborn but talented indie director Billy Walsh has emerged as the frontrunner for “Queens Boulevard.” While Vince gets along famously with Walsh, the director and Eric clash artistically and personally, and the tensions reach a highpoint when Eric learns of a new scene in which Vince is to kiss a man. Meanwhile, Turtle and Drama find their own source of entertainment when Johnny receives a hefty residual check—only to blow it helping a stripper with her rent. Finally, the foursome sits down to watch one of Walsh’s movie. They’re blown away and Vince agrees to let him direct “Queens”—as Walsh informs him the phantom kissing scene was only a test to gain Vince’s trust.
