In what may very well be the first TV series in which the cops are the bad guys, Fox’s FX cable network is planning to produce a dramatic series based on the recent scandals in the Los Angeles Police Department’s Rampart Division, according to the online site Zap2it.com. The series, titled Rampart and starring Michael Chilkis (The Commish) as a “rogue cop,” will reportedly begin shooting in November for a debut next spring.
