Welcome to Wholesome Hollywood Moments, a new series that spotlights the top feel-good moments of the week.

BTS collabs with Nordstrom 

Army, suit up! The department store Nordstrom is now selling official BTS merch in select store locations and online. The merch line offers unisex apparrel from sweatshirts, raincoats, varsity jackets, bucket hats, slippers, desk supplies, tote bags, and much more! The sizes range from small to extra large.

The merchandise went on sale at 3 a.m. ET/ 12 a.m. PT on Friday, February 25. Prices start at $9 and go up to about $130.

Tom Brady set to produce and star in a new film

Hollywood Reporter announced that football star Tom Brady will produce and star in a road trip comedy for Paramount. The film, titled Brady, will follow 4 best friends who take a trip to Super Bowl LI to see their favorite quarterback, Tom Brady, play. The cast also includes Lily Tomlin, Jane Fonda, Rita Moreno, and Sally Field. Kyle Marvin is set to direct as he also co-wrote the movie with Michael Covino

Tyga teams up with Doja Cat for “Freaky Deaky”

Tyga and Doja Cat dropped their latest collaboration, “Freaky Deaky,” on Friday, February 25th. This comes after 3 years since their collab for Doja’s song “Juicy.” The duo also put out a music video where the two are in a futuristic colorful world; as Tyga drives through the modern city, Doja dances in lingerie. 

“She’s a true artist,” Tyga told Apple Music about Doja Cat. “And I think we see that from her outfits, her Lives, her TikToks, but that’s what makes her her and she’s a real true artist and that’s what I appreciate about her.”

SAG Awards take place Sunday, February 27

The Screen Actors Guild Awards will take place on Sunday, February 27 at Santa Monica Airport’s Barker Hanger. Nominations include House of Gucci, Don’t Look Up, Coda, Belfast, King Richard for Best Film, and The Handmaid’s Tale, The Morning Show, Squid Game, Succession, and Yellowstone for Best TV Show. Other nominations are on the SAG Awards website.

Avril Lavigne drops new album Love Sux 

Our pop punk icon has returned! Avril Lavigne dropped her newest album, Love Sux, on Friday,  February 25. The Canadian pop punk princess’ 7th album has 12 songs with collaborations with Machine Gun Kelly, Blink-182’s Mark Hoppus, and Blackbear. The album was released by Travis Barker’s record company, DTA. 

“I went into this album and just said, ‘I want to make a pop-punk record, a rock-and-roll record. I don’t want to be on the piano. I don’t want ballads, really. I just really want to rock out,’” Avril told Billboard
