The Iron Lady stars Meryl Streep as Margaret Thatcher, the only female Prime Minister the United Kingdom has had to date. The trailer is pretty exciting (especially if you don’t know what the movie is about first…which, if you’ve read this far, you do… sorry), and gives hope for a genuine and compelling biopic. The Weinstein Company, the same folks who brought us last year’s The King’s Speech, appear to be working their British drama magic once again — which we can only assume means Oscars are on the way…
