Freddie Prinze Jr. was one of the biggest teen male heartthrobs of the '90s. Along with She's All That, he starred in several teen dramas including, I Know What You Did Last Summer, I Still Know What You Did Last Summer and Summer Catch. In the early 2000's Prinze starred in the live action Scooby-Doo films as Fred alongside his wife, actress Sarah Michelle Geller. Since then, he has gone on to have recurring roles on several television series including Boston Legal, 24 and Bones. Most recently, he has voiced the character Kanan Jarrus for the Disney XD animated series, Star Wars Rebels. Prinze is a huge fan of WWE, and he has acted as producer and director for the company on several different occasions. He lives in LA with his wife and two children, Charlotte Grace Prinze and Rocky James Prinze.

Rachael Leigh Cook's most successful film to date was her role as the shy but brilliant artist Laney Boggs in She's All That. Though Cook went on to star in Josie and the Pussycats a few years later, the film did not do well at the box office. After stepping back from the limelight for a bit, Cook snagged a recurring role on the television show Psych and has voiced several characters on the Adult Swim animated series Robot Chicken. Most recently, Rachael Leigh Cook starred opposite Eric McCormack on the TNT show, Perception. Cook is married to actor Daniel Gillies who plays Elijah on The Vampire Diaries' spin-off The Originals. The couple has two children.

After, Matthew Lillard starred as the self-absorbed Real World contestant Brock Husdon in She's All That, he went on to star in the much beloved Scobby-Doo live-action films as Shaggy. He has continued to voice Shaggy in numerous Scooby-Doo televisions series and films. In addition, Lillard has also guest starred on several television shows including Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and The Good Wife. He has also founded several theater groups since 1990, his most recent is named Blue Sphere Alliance. Mathew Lillard is an avid fan of Dungeons and Dragons, and he resides in Los Angeles with his wife and three children.

Jodi Lyn O'Keefe - Taylor Vaughan

Though she is most remembered as Taylor Vaughan in She's All That, Jodi Lyn O'Keefe had a starring role on the long-running CBS drama Nash Bridges long before that. Once the show wrapped in 2001, O'Keefe went on to appear in numerous television shows including Charmed, Boston Legal, Prison Break and Two and a Half Men. Most recently O'Keefe has had a recurring role on The CW drama The Vampire Diaries as Dr. Jo Laughlin. In addition to being an actress, Jodi Lyn O'Keefe has her own clothing and jewelry lines and she is also a licensed bounty hunter.

By the time Kevin Pollack starred as the eccentric but loving Wayne Boggs in She's All That he already had a substantial list of acting credits under his belt. Shortly thereafter, he starred in The Wedding Planner alongside Jennifer Lopez. Afterward, he went on to have numerous roles in various films and on television shows. Most recently Pollack had a recurring role on the CBS sitcom Mom. He is also an acclaimed director/producer. His most recent documentary Misery Loves Comedy premiered at Sundance Film Festival. Kevin Pollak is a stand-up comedian and is known for his impressions of famous people including, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Johnny Carson.
Anna Paquin - Mackenzie Siler

Anna Paquin was just getting back to acting when she appeared in She's All That , which was six years after her historic Oscar win at 11 years old for her role in The Piano. After she gave Laney Boggs the makeover of her life, Paquin began starring as the teenage mutant Rouge in the X-Men franchise. In 2008, Paquin was cast in her first television role as waitress Sookie Stackhouse in HBO's True Blood. She won a Golden Globe for the role in 2009. Anna Paquin will be voicing a character in the upcoming Disney/Pixar film The Good Dinosaur which will be released later this year. Soon, she will also be appearing in the remake of Roots. Paquin is married to her True Blood co-star Stephen Moyer and they have twins, a son and a daughter. She is a supporter of LBGTQ rights and is openly bisexual.

Though Kieran Culkin has starred in several films alongside his older brother Macaulay, She's All That was one of the first he did by himself. Post She's All That, Culkin starred in the critically acclaimed films, The Cider House Rules and Music of the Heart. After being nominated for a Golden Globe for his starring role as Igby in Igby Goes Down, Culkin took a break from the big screen to do some theater work in London and New York. He returned to film in 2010's  Scott Pilgrim vs. The World and had a recurring role on the FX drama Fargo. Currently, Kieran Culkin is filming the movie Wiener-Dog alongside Danny DeVito.

Prior to his role as Jesse Jackson in She's All That, Elden Henson was best known for his role in all three Mighty Ducks films. Since She's All That Henson has been in several television shows and films. Most recently he's played Pollux in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1 and he will be reprising his role in Mockingjay, Part 2. He also stars as Foggy Nelson in Netflix's Daredevil.

Though Usher had been tearing up the charts long before he was the Campus DJ in She's All That, it didn't stop him from appearing in several television shows and films including Moesha and Scary Movie 5. Usher is one of the best-selling artists in American music history and he is currently a judge on the NBC competition show The Voice.  He will also be playing Sugar Ray Leonard in the upcoming biopic Hands of Stone.

Lil Kim is known best for being a pioneering woman in hip-hop. Her debut album Hard Core went Double Platinum when it was released in 1996. However, after her first onscreen role as Alex in She's All That, Lil Kim has appeared in several television shows and films including Moesha, Nora's Hair Salon and The Game. Despite her unparalleled success, Lil Kim has had some legal issues, even serving one year in prison for perjury. Recently Lil Kim, has been in the headlines for her beef with rapper Nicki Minaj. Lil Kim is longtime advocate of the LGBTQ community and she has a daughter, Royal Reign.

Gabrielle Union's career was just taking off when she appeared in She's All That. Shortly thereafter, Union appeared in the mega-hit Bring It On as well as the teen hits, 10 Things I Hate About You and Love and Basketball. In the early 2000's she began appearing in prominent roles in films including Bad Boys II and Deliver Us From Eva. Since then, Union has appeared in numerous television shows and films, and she currently stars in the BET series Being Mary Jane. She will  be voicing Nala in the upcoming spin-off of The Lion King entitled, The Lion's Guard, and she will be starring in 2016's Birth of A Nation. Gabrielle Union is married to NBA player Dwyane Wade. Union is a Neutrogena spokesperson and an advocate for sexual assault survivors.
Dulé Hill - Preston

Though Dulé Hill's portrayal of Preston in She's All That marked one of his first major roles on screen, he went on to reach even greater heights. That same year, he was cast on the long running drama The West Wing and he was nominated for an Emmy for his role. In 2003, he portrayed Sam, the Onion Man in Disney's Holes. In 2006, Hill left The West Wing to star on USA's Psych. Dulé Hill has appeared in several Broadway productions and he is a trained tap dancer. Most recently, he starred on HBO's Ballers.

Clea DuVall - Misty

The same year Clea DuVall appeared as the gothy Misty in She's All That, she also appeared alongside Angelina Jolie in Girl, Interrupted. From there, she was cast in the Emmy award winning HBO series Carnivàle. Post Carnivàle, DuVall had a recurring role on the NBC show Heroes. In 2012, she appeared alongside Ben Affleck in Argo, and she also had a recurring role on the FX series American Horror Story. Most recently, DuVall appeared as Emma Borden in Lifetime's mini-series The Lizzie Borden Chronicles.

After She's All That, Tamera Mello starred in the short lived WB show Popular. Since the show ended in 2001, Mello has had small roles on television shows including Psych, What I Like About You and most recently, The Mentalist.
Paul Walker - Dean Sampson

The same year Paul Walker appeared as Dean Sampson in She's All That he also starred in Varsity Blues with James Van Der Beek as injured quarterback Lance Harbor. Post She's All That, Walker rose to international fame as Brian O'Conner in the Fast & Furious franchise. He made seven films in the franchise. Sadly, on November 30, 2013, Walker was killed in a car accident. He was 40-years-old.
