BECAUSE I SAID SO:
The always attractive, ever seductive Kari Wuhrer (Anaconda, The Crossing Guard) was an easy choice for this week’s Hot Shot. But as it occurs to us that some people like reasons, we’ve come up with three of our own:
1. If you look up sexy in the dictionary, you’d see Kari‘s photo;
2. Kari is to sexy what Kleenex is to tissues, and;
3. What’s not to like about Kari?
DON’T FORGET THE RAID: Kari originally appeared on our radar screen from her days as the Vanna White of MTV’s long defunct game show Remote Control. (Which we know because we’re shut-ins and have been that way for many years.) Kari was last seen as Maggie on Sci-Fi channel’s Sliders, where she dueled with Star Trek: Voyager’s Seven of Nine for the title of hottest babe in the sci-fi galaxy. Kari will soon be seen in Arac Attack, with David Arquette, battling accidentally enhanced poisonous spiders that are about to doom the planet.
THE ONLY SUIT I OWN: Kari is multitalented, having released her first label album, Shiny, in 1999, where she wrote and sang all the songs. Apparently, sometimes Kari likes to record songs naked, by which we mean el boffo, au natural, in her birthday suit… you get the picture. (Good picture!) At those times, we wish we were her studio producers. Really, really wish.
