“Arrested Development” Season One DVD Sweepstakes

Winning this year’s Outstanding Comedy Series Emmy® and widely praised as the best new comedy series on television, director Ron Howard’s “ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT” SEASON ONE DVD COLLECTION makes its highly-anticipated debut on October 19, 2004 from Fox Home Entertainment.



The series revolves around a man who must help his wildly eccentric family pick up the pieces after his wealthy father is arrested for shifty accounting practices. The half-hour show has received universal critical acclaim, most recently winning five Emmy awards including, Outstanding Comedy Series, Directing For A Comedy Series, Writing For A Comedy Series, Casting For A Comedy Series and Single-Camera Picture Editing, along with a Golden Globe nomination, the prestigious TV Land “Future Classic” award, the AFI Program of the Year (2003), the Critics’ Choice Award for Best Comedy and two TCA Awards for Outstanding New Program of the Year and Outstanding Comedy.
