Kate Mara on The Late Show With David Letterman

In the endless debate of which Mara sister is most stylish, we’re going to have to give Kate bonus points for her icy-blue satin number on the Late Show. It’s refreshing to see some color for a change, this striking blue Roland Mouret ‘Zonda’ short dress sculpted to her body in all the right ways. The asymmetrical neckline and cinched waist elevated it beyond cocktail wear. The House of Cards star braved the elements with a midnight-blue wool Michael Kors peacoat and styled it with a pair of Bionda Castana Daphne Bis black lace pumps, which have been cropping up on all kinds of famous feet. Mara was there to promote season 2 and released a major spoiler about her character’s fate on House of Cards. So if you haven’t caught up, you might want to avoid the internet for awhile.

Amber Heard on the Late Show with David Letterman

All eyes were focused on what Amber Heard was not wearing on her Late Show appearance. The stunning blond turned action star kept mum about her engagement with her former Rum Diary co-star Johnny Depp and showed up without her engagement ring. We thinks, Depp’s eternal love for quirky eyewear is rubbing off on her, when Heard showed up wearing some serious steal-worthy shades by Quay Australia. She kept things simple with a black crepe dress by Veronica Beard from Pre-Fall 2014 paired with metallic Louboutin pumps and sparkly jewels by Melissa Kaye.

Lupita Nyong’o on the Late Show with David Letterman

The reigning style icon has the fashion world fixated, gracing the cover of every magazine and killing it on the red carpet. She did not disappoint during her recent appearance on Letterman donned in sleek head-to-toe black. Nyong’o traded out her usual bright prints for a sexy J. Mendel strapless dress featuring a leather bustier from the Resort 2014 collection. Eschewing the standard Louboutin pumps, she opted for their Geotistrap’ sandals with a studded toe and some Graziela Gems earrings. As a leading Oscar contender for her perfomance in 12 Years A Slave, she certainly knows how to make a splash.

Lily Aldridge, Chrissy Teigen, & Nina Agdal on Jimmy Kimmel Live

The swimsuit stars of Sports Illustrated took over Jimmy Kimmel to give audiences a better look at more than just their backsides. The buxom models opted for sexy neutrals and body conscious dresses for their late night appearance. Lily Aldridge wore a cami color-block stretch dress by Victoria Beckham paired with Jimmy Choo Anouk Pointed-Toe Pumps and simple Melinda Maria Matchstick earrings. Nina Agdal opted for another designer that’s built for curves, sporting a LBD cutout harness dress by Versace and some staggering YSL pumps and Martin Katz jewels. Not to be out-cleavaged by other fellow models, Chrissy Teigen rolled up in a itsy-bitsy, black strapless dress by Bec & Bridge paired with Casadei shoes, Graziela Gems earrings, and rings by Dana Rebecca Designs and EF Collection.
