Recently, the hotel concierge who allegedly let the robbers into Kim Kardashian’s room penned a letter to the reality star in Closer magazine. The letter is kind of dark, but it’s important to remember that the concierge has been under fire for acting so calm during the ordeal.
“Dear Kim: When you feel the cold steel of a gun at your neck, it is the moment when remaining calm can mean the difference of life or death, both our lives. I hope you are feeling better,” he said.
Also, after 12 seasons Keeping Up With The Kardashians is on an indefinite hiatus. Following Kardashian’s terrifying robbery over the weekend, production has officially halted so the star can recover.
E!, the network behind the family’s long-running reality show, made an official statement to Us Weekly.
“Kim’s well-being is our core focus right now. No decision has been made as to when production will resume,” said a representative for the network.
As much as it’d certainly be entertaining to see how Kim deals with aftermath of the event, she is a real person. She’s not here solely for our entertainment and needs time to recoup from the trauma on her own, without cameras being shoved in her face.
Kim’s family is being very supportive. Her sisters Khloe, Kylie and Kendall have cancelled future appearances to help Kim during this time.
During the ordeal, Kim allegedly asked the concierge, “Are we gonna die?” and he responded, “I don’t know.” This whole thing is just so terrifying. We hope Kim makes a speedy recovery.
