WHAT DOES ‘QUANTUM OF SOLACE’ MEAN, ANYWAY?
Who cares really because Daniel Craig‘s second 007 movie was AMAZING. It’s astounding that the blond Bond was ever doubted. He successfully womanizes two very gorgeous Bond Girls (three, if you count Judi Dench), pulverizes a few villains, and walks away from a fire. All without stupid gadgets.
‘SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE’S SURPRISE ENDING!
It’s told in chapters, as dictated by each of the questions the main “slumdog” answers correctly on India’s Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? There’s torture, humor, betrayal, mushy love and a song by MIA. But what Danny Boyle directs for its credits-rolling scene is an outrageous and beautiful tribute to Mumbai.
LIFE AFTER ‘THE WIRE’ (SNOOP AWOL)
