Last night, for our seventh date with Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) ever, we lucked out with two hours of Jack’s oh-so-precious minutes. Tonight, Jack’s doing it again! Two more hours! But don’t get used to Jack’s flirting; he’s back to 60 minutes per episode next week (so hard-to-get!). But tonight, consider 10:00AM to noon accounted for, picking up from what we learned last night (8:00-10:00AM in 24 hours): It’s six years later, and Jack is unsurprisingly on trial for the various torture tactics he’s ever used. But what the — Tony Almeida, Jack’s former buddy/colleague, is alive? He’s in cahoots with domestic terrorists? So, oh dear, who in the world can stop such a man? It’s just before lunchtime in tonight’s episode, and, of course, the FBI bombards the U.S. Senate to snatch up the one and only, Jack Bauer. While out of his trial — for now — Jack must now assist with the investigation of his not-dead-anymore friend.
LAST FRIDAY’S DO-IT: Eight films to die for!
