9:03: Claire, The Catalyst, has to stay “out of harm’s way,” according to her grandmother Angela. She’s pissed about that. Enter Mr. Bennet to take her away and train her.
9:05: Nathan and Peter fly off to go do something.
9:07: From Arthur’s drawings, we realize there’s going to be an eclipse — and Claire will die. According to the drawings, anyway.
9:10: Speedster is freaking out because she’s betrayed everyone. As Matt tries to calm her, Hiro and Ando show up. They are following that comic book, 9th Wonders, and it says Matt can heal Hiro. But it lies … Matt can’t get Hiro’s memory back. No one is paying attention to Speedster, so she takes off.
9:17: Elle is up to her sneaky tricks. She wants Gabriel to break away from being good. To not be a Hero. She almost has him.
9:21: Mohinder is still “changing” into a gooey mess. CHANGE ALREADY!
9:27: Boring montage, as the eclipse starts. Mohinder is “born” out of cocoon, but he looks exactly the same.
9:35: Full eclipse: heroes without powers.
9:39: Elle and Gabriel show up to grab Claire, but none of them now have powers. So, they have to fight like real people. Except when Elle grabs Bennet’s gun to shoot him, Claire jumps in the way. Down she goes. Just like Arthur’s drawing, imagine that!
9:40: Oh, it’s just a flesh wound. She’ll live. But wait, maybe not. After Bennet leaves when Claire is seemingly stabilized, Mrs. B comes in to find her unconscious and burning up with fever.
9:43: Hiro and Ando try to find the next comic book installment — at a store run by Seth Green and Breckin Meyer? They must be Heroes fans.
9:45: Nathan and Peter are in the jungle, getting involved with The Haitian and his fight against his corrupt brother. Lovely, a whole new subplot to bore us.
9:49: Matt is trying to get through to Speedster at her farm house. And how is the eclipse effecting her? Apparently, she has to walk in braces.
9:59: Elle and Gabriel finally get it on! But Mr. B is eyeing them through a gun scope, finger on the trigger …
