UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif., July 24, 2000 — It was Eddie Murphy, Eddie Murphy, Eddie Murphy, Eddie Murphy and … well, you get the picture.
Monday night was the premiere of “Nutty Professor II: The Klumps,” held at Universal Citywalk in Universal City, Calif. Murphy, who takes on a number of different characters in this sequel, held court with wife Nicole and their children. Janet Jackson, who plays his love interest, was also on hand.
Attending the premiere were Samuel L. Jackson, Vivica A. Fox, Eriq La Salle, Lisa Nicole Carson, rapper Jay-Z, Keenen Ivory Wayans, Lela Rochon, Jamie Foxx, Arsenio Hall, Ron Howard, Sugar Ray Leonard, Raquel Welch and many others. “Nutty Professor 2” opens in theaters July 28.
