As we know, Thor, pictured below in Chris Hemsworth form, is a god. This allows him a few nifty abilities, such as relative immortality, super strength, and manipulation of thunder. That said, he does seem to need help from Clark Gregg’s Agent Phil Coulson in figuring out S.H.I.E.L.D.’s computer system. Below, in an image released by Marvel Studios, we see a shot from The Avengers, coming to theaters May 4. Doubtlessly, Thor and Coulson are devising some heroic master plan to stop the forces of evil and save the planet and its billions of denizens.
Luckily, we’ll be seeing Iron Man (Robert Downey, Jr.), Captain America (Chris Evans), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) and Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) joining with their Norse friend in the configuring of Internet connections…and the protection of humankind.
