Clint Eastwood to Direct, Star in ‘Gran Torino’

Clint Eastwood will step behind and in front of the camera for the upcoming Gran Torino.

This would mark the first time that Eastwood has starred in a film since his Oscar-winning Million Dollar Baby in 2004.

Details are being kept under tight wraps, writes Variety, although the movie is scheduled to be released in December of this year.

Eastwood last directed 2006’s companion pieces Flags of Our Fathers and Letters from Iwo Jima. His next film as director, to be released prior to Torino, is the Angelina Jolie vehicle Changeling.
