‘Human Centipede 2’ Trailer Promises Meta Madness

Yahoo! Movies has won the coveted privilege of debuting the new trailer for Human Centipede 2, Dutch director Tom Six’s follow-up to to his disturbo-rific 2009 film. From the looks of it, the sequel’s plot revolves around a tubby copycat’s attempt to recreate the experiment depicted in the first Human Centipede flick. Check out the slightly NSFW meta madness:
