The first teaser of Batman v Superman has hit the scene and we couldn’t be more excited. Okay…so maybe we can. We are very connected to Christian Bale‘s take on Batman, but we will reserve our judgments on Ben Affleck. The teaser already has us picking sides on who should win. Our pick? Batman! Here are 10 reasons we will be rooting him on in theaters.
1. We’re much more emotionally invested in Batman due to the recent trilogy. Superman on the other hand…
2. Batman is the underdog by not having superpowers, which makes him more relatable.
3. When he’s down and out he trains and comes up with a plan. He’s going to have to be smarter, and we can’t wait to see what he comes up with.
4. He may not have superpowers, but he has an endless amount of toys.
5. We want revenge for all the terrible Superman adaptations.
6. Henry Cavill is hot, but there is just something about that bat suit…
7. Even The Lego Movie agreed that Batman made a better lead character.
8. We all want to be Batman.
9. Batman has finally found love and we want him to be happy.
10. We still need to see him fight with Robin.
