Hollywood’s resident legendary hunk Brad Pitt wants to ask you a question. Well, actually, he wants to ask you two questions. Okay, okay, technically he’s asking iconic women’s fragrance Chanel No. 5 two questions. But let’s not get nit-picky here.
In the latest of a series of ads for the fragrance, Pitt asks, “Are you going somewhere?… Where?”
Those are some mighty deep questions, Brad.
While Pitt’s words may not be revolutionary, the ad itself is a big step forward for Chanel. “It is the first time we’ve had a man speaking about a women’s fragrance,” Chanel Fragrance and Beauty President, Andrea d’Avack explained to Women’s Wear Daily. “We think very much that the perfume is a seduction between a man, a woman and the perfume.”
