Rosie O’Donnell is returning to daytime TV -– just a decade after her popularity peaked, on The Rosie O’Donnell Show.
The actress/comedian/host/blogger/firestarter is eyeing a fall launch of the as-yet-untitled talk show, which, uncoincidentally, is the same time Oprah Winfrey’s eponymous show goes off the air.
O’Donnell, who has continued to make guest appearances on TV series -– and, lest we forget, very briefly co-hosted The View starting in 2006 -– most recently appeared in her cruelly titled HBO documentary A Family Is a Family Is a Family: A Rosie O’Donnell Celebration.
