Tonight’s “reflective” show, which looks back at the first 10 years of the couple’s marriage, explains how they ended up where they are now — not quite in that E! True Hollywood Story way, but still. Next week marks the series’ 100th episode (aka syndication money for Jon and Kate, aka … the reason they stayed together for so long, perhaps?).
