You Don’t Know This Face Because … writer/producer Luc Besson plucked her from the streets of New York while she was walking to her job as a hairdresser. “She just passed by me and I noticed her freckles and blue eyes,” says Besson who promptly invited her to Paris for acting lessons before casting her in the franchise.
Why So Fresh? The Russian starlet, who grew up taking acting lessons in St. Petersburg, describes working on the film as “breathtaking” and plans to continue her dream with future projects.
In Her Own Words …“Valentina loves life,” says Rudakova. “She’s really crazy like a lot of modern young girls. As the only female character in the movie, she brings spontaneity and spice to the picture. She’s a real volcano.”
