TV Rewind: In Case You Missed It

Chatty-catty
The remaining nine girls on The Bachelor head to Lake Tahoe for some skiing, cuddling and, of course, some drama. Bevin–who sprained her ankle last week–ruins the first group date by boo hooing over her inability to partake in the winter activities. The other three girls are frustrated after he pulls Bevin aside to comfort her. It’s actually justified. They’re on a group date and it gets a little awkward when the two of them start making out! Have some class Andy. And to make matters worse, he chooses Bevin to spend some special quality time with…in his hotel suite. Bow chica bow wow. The drama unfolds on the second group date after Andy gives a ski lesson to the girls. Kate and South Carolina Stephanie take it upon themselves to warn Andy about the other girls’ intentions. He ends up choosing Tina to spend some quality time with on this group date. It’s probably because she’s the only one who doesn’t talk smack about anyone else. Amber goes on a one-on-one date with Andy and after a heartfelt chat and a hot tub straddle; he felt this was an appropriate time to give her a rose. The rose ceremony proved that the back-stabbers don’t always win the man after Andy passes on SCS and Kate. Excellent move Andy.

Threat level midnight
The Office is in crisis mode after a disgruntled employee at the paper mill prints an obscene watermark on one of their most popular orders of paper. Michael tries to put positive spin on the story by publicly apologizing to one of Dunder-Mifflin’s most important clients–and invites the local media to cover it in a bid to gain “control” of the story. The plan backfires when the client doesn’t accept his apology–and demands Michael resign over the incident. Michael, meanwhile, sends Jim and Andy to Dunmore High School to apologize to the principal after their prom invitations were sent out on the R-rated paper stock. But while walking through the halls, Andy spots his girlfriend rifling through her locker–and no, he’s not a teacher, guidance counselor, lunch lady or janitor. She’s a student. Love hurts when it’s illegal. Back at the office, Michael places Kelly in charge of training the office staff in the art of customer service to handle calls from angry clients, which is an exercise in itself for Kevin, Angela and Oscar.

Hearts breaking
The interns on Grey’s Anatomy are studying for their first year medical exams and the stress is getting to them. Well, that and the constant love spats they get themselves into. The chairman of the hospital becomes a patient himself after a trip to the Amazon. Note to readers, do not urinate in the Amazon River. A tiny fish can swim up your peep. Izzie and George are having trouble remaining friends after a drunken one night stand. So, he finds a job elsewhere. After a romp in the closet with Addison, Alex plays the typical guy and pretends he doesn’t want a relationship. Meanwhile, Burke plays the blushing bride by picking out wedding cake for their big day while Derek is having trouble dealing with the constant need to save Meredith. He tells her this after she gets naked in his bed.  Perfect timing.

It’s all about style on Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School. The girls’ lesson this week is “Thou Shalt Work What Thou Art Working With.” They must dress to impress–and these girls use ALL of their assets and top qualities to do so. Their test is to put on a fashion show in the house. The group that wins is safe from this week’s elimination. Schatar’s group chooses Leilene to be the model, while Cristal’s team chooses Darra. The girls are pulling curtains off the walls and taping body parts down. This episode proves that duct tape really can hold anything in place. Leilene struts down the runway in a Japanese inspired komono and she doesn’t look that bad! And then there was Darra. Poor Darra. They made her look like a hideous swan. The deans questioned Cristal’s motives for allowing Darra to be the model in the first place, since Cristal is a professional model.  Before the elimination, Cristal goes to Mo’Nique’s office and claims she was not the sole designer of the dress. If anyone is to blame, it’s Becky and Jennifer. It’s no shocker when Becky, Jennifer AND Cristal are in the bottom three. But Jennifer couldn’t save herself from being expelled this week. The deans knew she didn’t put much effort into the test and was sent her home.
