Last week we got a glimpse at the posters for G.I. Joe: Retaliation, but video-wise, it’s been pretty quiet…until now.
After a long wait — the most recent clip was unveiled at Super Bowl, which is pretty lengthy nowadays — the official trailer for the sequel has been unveiled, and it looks like franchise newcomer Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Channing Tatum will make a good team.
More importantly, it looks like Johnson and fellow G.I. Joe newbie Bruce Willis work well together. At least we hope so; the fate of the universe — and especially London — depends on their ability to stop a U.S. government that has been “infiltrated” by president impersonator/Cobra spy Zartan. Check out the trailer and Retaliation, when it hits theaters June 29.
