Jason Segel‘s upcoming The Muppets reboot has drawn raves for its clever and whimsical marketing, led by a series of fake trailers that were often more entertaining than the films they parodied. The film scored its latest promotional coup today in the form of The Green Album, a compilation of popular Muppets songs covered by some pretty respectable bands, including OK Go, Weezer, My Morning Jacket, and others. You can hear album in its entirety or listen to individual tracks over at NPR.org.
The Muppets opens November 23, 2011.
