Truth be told, what goes on inside the Fashion Week tents is way less fun than what goes on outside: the conglomerate of fashion editors double-fisting iPhones, the rush of models and — the street style. And the star we always look forward to gawking at the most on the sidewalk: Miroslava Duma (who turned up a few days late to New York Fashion Week this season).
Of course, most people know her from Tommy Ton’s eponymous blog (and she’s a fixture on my Pinterest and Tumblr). But the former Harper’s Bazaar Russia editor wears many hats — she’s the founder of culture site Buro 24/7, a freelance writer, a mother, and an expert babushka-wearer, all wrapped in an extra-extra-small package.
