Norway may be the happiest country in the world, but its education officials weren’t too tickled about the timing of Justin Bieber‘s next concert. Five schools in Norway have their midterm exams to allow their students to see Bieber’s concert without Algebra lurking in the back of their minds.

Norway’s education minister, Kristin Halvorsen, tells the Associated Press in an email, “I am concerned that students should be concentrating when they take tests and midterms. The local schools have the responsibility to schedule the local midterms, and if they think there is any reason to change the dates, they have authority to do so.”
The joke is on the students, though, because their midterms will now be a week earlier, the Wall Street Journal reports. So, kids, all that time you thought you had to study is now just — poof — disappeared. Enjoy your concert!

Always one to tout the importance of making education a priority, Bieber is of course thrilled at the news. “Love this,” he tweeted. Because, really, what’s more important than school? Oh yeah, right, Justin Bieber.
