To tide us over until The Hangover 2 hits theaters in 2011, Todd Phillips has got it covered with a road trip buddy comedy about a neurotic father-to-be who’s forced to caravan across the country with an eccentric Hollywood hopeful and his dog. The cast includes funnymen Jamie Foxx and Danny McBride as support for the sure-to-be-epic duo.

What We Think: Do you love round, cuddly comedians with beards? Does Robert Downey Jr. make you giddy? Can you resist a puppy with a cone on its head? Neither can we. Cram these ingredients into a rental car, throw it on the open road and add Todd Phillips and you’ve got a recipe for pure awesomeness.

Cool to Know: Todd Phillips likes to take on creepy cameos in his movies, appearing in The Hangover as “Mr. Creepy” and Old School as “gang bang guy.” Keep an eye out for Phillips’ cameo as “Barry” in Due Date, who we’re sure will be creepy too.
