Ali G is back, and Sacha Baron Cohen is once again stepping into the tracksuit and sunglasses of his famously outrageous character. Amazon MGM has released the official trailer for Ali G: Who Iz I?, a new mockumentary that marks the character’s return more than two decades after his first feature film.
The project brings Cohen back to one of his most recognizable creations, promising another round of uncomfortable encounters, outrageous situations and Ali G’s unmistakable brand of comedy.

The official Ali G: Who Iz I? trailer introduces audiences to the character as he attempts to reclaim his former glory. After spending 20 years living his carefree lifestyle, Ali G finds himself facing an unexpected new responsibility that forces him to make a major change.
The film was reportedly shot secretly, following the approach Cohen has used for projects including Borat, Brüno and Who Is America?.

Cast and Plot
Sacha Baron Cohen leads the film as Ali G, with Morgana Robinson playing his longtime girlfriend, Julie. The story begins when Ali G discovers that Julie is eight months pregnant. Suddenly faced with the prospect of becoming a father, he heads to America in an effort to restore his reputation.
However, his journey quickly becomes more complicated when he encounters adversaries who threaten both his future and the existence of his unborn child.
Cohen also makes his directorial debut with the project while serving as writer and producer through his Four by Two Films banner. Petr Jákl and Emily Kob are executive producers.
Release Date
Ali G: Who Iz I? is scheduled to arrive exclusively in theaters on October 23, 2026.
