Golden Globes fallout – E!, Bravo, and TV Guide Channel
The lights are out. The party is over. The Golden Globes have come and gone, and the red carpet is currently being put through a ferocious spin cycle to rid itself of the perfume and droplets of ego stains that were left behind when all of Hollywood pranced on it last Monday night.
Though controversy and outrageous behavior were absent at this year’s Globes, the show still had its share of entertaining moments. Justin‘s notable Prince impersonation, Forest Whitaker and Jennifer Hudson’s emotional acceptance speeches, and Ugly Betty getting its first nod of recognition were just some of the night’s highlights.
But don’t say goodbye just yet because what would an awards show be without the typical analyzing of fashion? Tonight, in one portion of television’s coverage of the Globes fallout, E! airs its annual Fashion Police special. Tune in to watch the colorblind celebs get trashed and the hyper-styled ones put on a pedestal.
Also tonight on the TV Guide Channel, the awkward red carpet interviews and flat jokes–from everybody’s favorite synthetic mother-and-daughter duo, Joan and Melissa Rivers–get a second chance to shine.
