According to a Reuters report on Friday, O’Connor, 35, married beau Nick Sommerlad in Ireland in a hush-hush ceremony witnessed by only a handful of people, mostly the bride and groom’s closest friends.

Guitar legend Jimi Hendrix‘s boyhood home in Seattle is up for grabs to the highest bidder. According to Reuters, eBay is auctioning off the 900-square-foot home for a meager $26,100. The catch is the lucky buyer will have to immediately move the home elsewhere due to an impending condominium-development project.

Reese Witherspoon‘s latest flick Legally Blonde has already landed a lucrative TV deal. Comedy Central, TNT and TBS all signed on to air the film when it hits the small screen in 2004 for $15 million.

Five major movie studios, Sony, Warner Bros., MGM, Paramount and Universal, have joined together to form a new online movie-on-demand Internet venture tentatively named MovieFly. The service, set to launch next year, will appear similar to such e-commerce sites as Amazon.com, but each studio will set their own prices on downloadable movies, according to Variety.

Gloria Estefan‘s husband, Emilio Estefan–a major music mogul in the Latin pop industry–is countersuing songwriter Kike Santander, the man who is suing Estefan for obstruction of royalties and breach of contract. Estefan is suing Santander for fraud regarding the allegations, according to Reuters.
