Robinson’s Welsh “Link” showdown

The Weakest Link host Anne Robinson cannot simply say “goodbye” to the Welsh. Robinson, who still hosts the BBC version of the popular game show, will host an all-Welsh version of Link in an effort to calm relations between her and the Welsh people after calling them “irritating and annoying” several months ago. She had said her comments were uttered in good humor, but nonetheless refused to apologize to the Welsh people. “The Welsh special will give the Welsh a chance to get their own back on Anne,” a BBC spokesman said.
