American Horror Story has been on air for five intensely disturbing seasons, and as soon as season five ended, we immediately started wondering what was going to happen with season six. There were rumors around the Internet that it was going to be AHS: Forest, though we can’t really imagine what a forest-theme would be like. Regardless of rumors, virtually no information has been leaked about what the sixth series may hold.
Recently, American Horror Story finally released the first little tidbit of info about season six and we’re buzzing! Okay, so the teaser image doesn’t tell us that much, but it’s getting us majorly pumped.
While we don’t know much about the new series (can Jessica Lange please come back?), we have heard some juicy tidbits from FX CEO John Landgraf.
Here’s what we know so far:
1. It’s set in the present although with echoes of the past. It’s technically set in two time periods, but mostly in present time.
2. Lady Gaga may be returning (though she doesn’t know how or when).
3. Cheyenne Jackson is returning.
4. According to Sara Paulson, anyone who was on the series that wants to come back can and will come back.
