Call it the curse of “90210.”
“Beverly Hills 90210” alum and current “Charmed” star Shannen Doherty was slapped with a drunken driving charge after her black pickup was spotted weaving on a Southern California freeway, Reuters reports.
The 29-year-old actress’s truck was pulled over at about 3 a.m. PDT on the Ventura Freeway in Thousand Oaks, Calif., just north of Los Angeles.
According to the report, the actress was given a sobriety test at the scene and was then taken to jail for a blood test to determine her alcohol level.
The results of the test will not be known for at least a week.
Doherty was charged with suspicion of drunken driving and was released several hours later without bail. She is due in court on Jan. 26 for an arraignment hearing.
