Brooke Shields can let out a sigh of relief. She’s safe now, well, at least for the next decade. A man who prosecutors say had been stalking the star of the now-defunct NBC series “Suddenly Susan” for the past 15 years was sentenced to probation and counseling after he agreed to stay away from Shields for the next 10 years.
Mark Bailey, 42, of New Jersey pleaded no contest to stalking and terrorizing the actress. Bailey will go to psychological evaluations twice a week and is prohibited from contacting the actress, her family and her employees.
